I have been in real estate sales since 1998. I have an Agricultural Science Degree, am a qualified valuer and have many years experience in Rural Banking.
I won the Northland Real Estate Institute Rookie salesperson of the year in 2000 and have been awarded the RE/MAX 100% Club and Gold Club awards

I have also extensive practical experience in farming, agribusiness, horticulture, and commercial property development.

On a personal basis, I have 3 children. Young ladies Arna and Ellie are married and work and live in Tauranga and Auckland. My teenage son Rick is a very keen Ice hockey Goalie , and has played for New Zealand in recent world championships - U18 in Bulgaria and U20 in Romania. He is presently ranked In the top 2 Goalies in New Zealand and is a member of the NZ Senior Mens Ice Hockey team. I have taken a keen interest in supporting ice hockey in New Zealand, have managed Premiere teams, Swarm national league team, Admirals National league team and twice managed the NZ U 20 Team at the World Champs in Romania and winning the Bronze at the 2007 Champs in Turkey. Rick is off to Otago University in 2009 to complete a degree in Surveying.
Occasionally I get to play a round of golf or take a long line and kite out for a fish.
